Carnival is the annual debauchery that precedes lent in Brazil.  It is especially strong here in the Northeast and our region is the main party spot for the entire northeast of brazil. Men dress as women, people drink beyond drunkenness, there is public nudity and prostitution and drugs are rampant. So every year we send teams into these street parties to bring the light of the Gospel and the warmth of the Father’s heart.  This year we had teams out every day doing treasure hunts, sharing prophetic words, praying for healing and just being Jesus in the middle of carnival.  We have had people healed of all sorts of ailments but the best part is watching their countenance change as they feel His love and hear His truth!

I told her she could send the king; I still would not leave after thirty days. That was impossible!
