Brittani Davis

Hi! My name is Brittani and I’m from Colorado. I am a servant of the Lord in the Kingdom of Cambodia and I desire to bring God glory wherever I go in whatever I do. I trust that His promises are Yes and Amen as He directs my steps through this gift of life. Feel free to continue reading below for some facts about Cambodia and more of my personal story.

The Kingdom of Cambodia

According to the Joshua Project, 72.1% of the people groups in Cambodia are unreached. Yet, Christianity is fast growing and the Lord has the door wide open for the Gospel to be preached. Click here to read an article from Christianity Today on recent news and religious freedom in Cambodia; it's a 'modern-day miracle.' Serving with New Life Fellowship Cambodia, I have the privilege of seeing the hope of the Gospel touch the lives of the Cambodian people.

At age 14 I went on my first mission trip to Rocky Boy, MT on an Indian Reservation. It was then that I discovered that I wanted to do missions. When I was 17 years old I went on my first plane ride and first overseas mission trip to Haiti. God put foreign missions on my heart then. At age 19 I did a one-year discipleship training school and was sent to serve in Cambodia. As I left that beautiful country (so desperately not wanting to leave) and closed out my time in the program, God confirmed through His Word my calling back to the Kingdom of Cambodia. If you would like, you can check out my blogpost from 2015 sharing how God spoke to me about Cambodia!

2009: My first mission trip to Rocky Boy, MT.

2012: My first overseas mission trip to Haiti.

Once God put returning to Cambodia on my heart, I went back to the ministry I did the discipleship training school with and served with them from 2015-2019. During that time I learned that, "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps," Proverbs 16:9. Confident in my calling to Cambodia, I saw the Lord direct my steps as I served in other areas of the ministry. I spent time in Montana and Guatemala, aiding in the same discipleship training school I did and doing children's ministry. Clinging to the faithfulness of the Lord, I saw that "all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us," 2 Corinthians 1:20. God brought me back to serve in the Kingdom of Cambodia twice with that ministry. You are welcome to click the button below and scroll through my blogposts to read what God taught me over those years.

2017: Teaching English in the public schools in Antigua, Guatemala.

2018: Overseeing the girls home for the discipleship training school in Montana.

2019: Teaching in Jeremiah 1 & 18 at a youth event in Cambodia.

Now that I've taken you on a trip through some of my Ebenezer stones and shown you the faithfulness of the Lord in my life, that leads me to today and into a new decade, 2020: "Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert," Isaiah 43:19. As the ministry I was previously serving with came to a close, Cambodia and the church there I was serving with never left my heart. My next step, as the Cambodians would say is "same, same, but different." I will be stepping out on my own, but yet again into God's personal promises for me and serving with New Life Fellowship Cambodia in New Life Foundation.

Areas of Ministry I Will Be Serving In:

New Transformed LivesAbout 450 children are being reached 3-5 days a week with food, complementary education, and the Gospel. The programs are spread across Cambodia in five different provinces, ten different village locations.

New Generation Youth: Outreaches and gatherings are 1-2 times per month reaching many youth in the capital city, Phnom Penh. New Life strives to see three things happen in the youth ministry: Connect, Create, and Care.

I have the privilege of serving with New Life Fellowship and New Life Foundation to reach children and youth in both the provincial areas and capital city. I will be assisting with surveying the New Transformed Lives locations and performing trainings for the teachers and coordinators of the programs. The goal of the location is to become self-sustaining within 4 years. The heart would be to then move to another location in need and so on, to reach the whole country to give children the hope of the Gospel and a brighter future. I will also be assisting the leaders of New Generation Youth in their programs to reach the youth of Cambodia by helping bring ideas, lead games, and potential Bible teachings to raise up the next generation. I am blessed to be a small part of what God is doing in the Kingdom of Cambodia! And you can too, partner with me by praying for the Kingdom of Cambodia and specifically these areas of ministry. In addition, if you feel led, you can support me financially with a one-time donation or an on-going monthly donation. Thank you, may God bless you abundantly!
