The Gutierrez family has served together in Peru since 2011. Danny and Stephanie serve on the pastoral staff and executive team of Camino de Vida, a growing church with 5 campuses located in the capital city of Lima.
Danny is also one of the church’s teaching pastors, small groups pastor, and leads the missionary internship program, which allows english speaking students to serve for a semester as a step in discerning if they are called to long-term missions.
Stephanie serves on the worship team, and as a teacher and mentor at the Grace House, a Christian safe house for girls who are struggling with eating disorders, self-harm behaviors, addictions or other results of abusive situations, and as a professor at the IDL leadership institute at the church.

On Saturday, June 3, we concluded our 12-week season of Freedom Small Groups with a day-conference that brought all of our participants together. Our Freedom Groups are focused on helping people recognize their identity in Christ and begin walking in the freedom they have in Jesus. The day was marked by worship, ministry time, and fellowship.
Check out the video! The new release should be out by the end of the year!
Our first small group season comes to a close the last week of May. We are in awe of what God has been able to do through the courage of all our small group leaders. Their faithfulness over the past 12 weeks has opened places and spaces for people to meet new friends, grow in their faith, and find a place to belong.
We had 463 groups meeting weekly with over 4,000 people participating between Sundays!

We had over 1000 men in attendance for our men's breakfast on Saturday. And 66 men graduated from the 3 year Christian Men's Network curriculum this past weekend as well!
Every year our high school youth group gear up for their annual summer camp. Here is a recap of what went down!
This past November Camino de Vida's KidsHD ministry was able to host our first ever retreat for parents of children with special needs. As parents of a special needs child ourselves, it was an amazing opportunity to have our friends Brad and Karen Thompson (Founders of The Hali Project) here to minister to our special needs families. Our goal was to come along side these 20 families and encourage them along in their journey.
