AHMI MOORE
Ahmí Moore is a follower of Jesus, worshiper, and aspiring full-time global worker with a heart to see people encounter Jesus, be discipled, and walk in the fullness of who God created them to be. She is currently raising support to serve with Fire & Fragrance and is passionate about making disciples, cross-cultural ministry, worship, evangelism, and building genuine community.
Ahmí grew up in the church and encountered God from a young age, but it wasn’t until her early twenties that she truly surrendered her life to Jesus. After a season of walking away from the Lord, God met her again in a prayer meeting and began calling her back to Himself and into missions. In 2024, she fully surrendered her life to Christ, and since then, she has been on a journey of learning what it means to know Jesus deeply and follow Him wherever He leads.
Through YWAM Columbus, Ahmí completed a Discipleship Training School and served on outreach in India, Ethiopia, and Israel through evangelism, mercy ministry, prayer, worship, and children’s and youth ministry. She also led and facilitated prayer and worship sets during her time with YWAM. These experiences deepened her love for the nations and strengthened her conviction that the Gospel is meant to be lived out through both proclamation and presence.
Ahmí carries a particular heart for young believers, communities of color, and people who have experienced Christianity without truly encountering the person of Jesus. She is passionate about the intersection of culture and Christ, purity in worship, biblical discipleship, holistic freedom and deliverance, and helping people see Jesus rightly and highly.
Her background in human rights, social justice, advocacy, research, multimedia, policy, administration, and community building has also shaped the way she approaches ministry. She believes these areas are not separate from her calling but tools that God can use to serve people, build bridges across cultures, and advance His Kingdom in places both inside and outside of traditional church spaces.
Ahmí is currently raising support to become a full-time global worker with Fire & Fragrance in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Her desire is to be a faithful friend of Jesus—one who says yes to His leadership, goes wherever He sends her, and helps prepare the way for others to encounter Him.

A beautiful night of worship in Ethiopia with YWAM Russia! The Lord moved so powerfully as we worshiped and prayed for one another. It was such a beautiful reminder of the unity we have in Christ and the privilege of worshiping Him together across cultures! 🤍
