👋 Hey there! I’m Alex Noles, and I’m following God’s call to help plant a life-giving church in the heart of New York City.
WHO I AM:
I’m originally from the South, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to lead in ministry settings ranging from middle school small groups to full church teams. A few years ago, I felt God begin stirring something deeper—a vision and a burden for the people of New York City. That stirring has now become a step of obedience.
In January 2026, I’ll be moving to NYC to help launch Spirit Church on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Our mission is simple but bold: *Bringing Light to Dark Places*. I believe God is already moving in New York, and I want to be part of it.

WHAT I DO:
I’ll be joining the Spirit Church team on the ground—helping lead, build, and serve a brand-new community from the ground up. Whether it’s through outreach, discipleship, or setup at 6am (😅), I’m committed to giving my whole heart to the people of NYC.
I will be overseeing the NOW Generation team, which includes students and kids. This is major on my heart because there is a major need for God loving community. I am already meeting with the team at Spirit and have loved every conversation
I will also be overseeing the Dream Team, volunteer team. This will give me the great privilege of serving those who lay their lives down to serve the church and their community. I am so excited to get to pour into the people who make the church work. Also I will get to create a pathway for people to join the dream team which will allow them to find out how God created them and what their purpose is.
This isn’t just about starting a church service—it’s about creating a place where people who feel far from God can encounter His presence, find community, and begin walking in purpose.
