Hey, I’m Parker Allen from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have a passion for seeing young people equipped with the Word of God and seeing the Gospel reach places where it isn’t known.
My faith became real to me when I was 17 and in a very dark place, struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts. One night, I surrendered my life to Jesus, and He met me with a love I had never experienced before. I knew He was true life and worth everything.
That summer, I went on a missions trip to Brazil, where God stretched my faith and taught me to rely on Him. Since then, I’ve felt called to missions. This past fall, I attended a YWAM Discipleship Training School in Kona, Hawaii, spending three months in Bible training and three months on outreach in Taiwan. We taught in schools and universities, partnered with the local church, and shared the Gospel. God used that season to deepen my love for Him and call me into more missions work.
Now, God has called me back to Kona to staff DTS with YWAM. I’ll be discipling and leading students this fall and helping lead their missions outreach later in the school. I’m so excited to see what God does in their lives and how He meets me in my own weakness.

My desire is to see the lost found and my generation turn their faces toward Jesus and seek Him wholeheartedly.
