Andrew and Flori de la Garza are ordained, bilingual (Spanish/English) ministers called to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ into the places where faith and everyday life intersect. After each spending more than 25 years in the corporate world as a Project Quality Engineer and an Architect, God led them into full-time ministry with a deep burden for those navigating the pressures and spiritual hunger of the workplace. Their unique background allows them to minister with both professional excellence and spiritual compassion, believing the workplace is a vital mission field for God’s Kingdom.

In 2015, Andrew and Flori founded International Kingdom Connectors Ministries, through which God has used them to minister to over 12,000 individuals, train more than 100 pastors and leaders, and reach people across 14 nations through Spanish-language Freedom Webinars and personal ministry sessions. In recent years, in response to God’s call to the marketplace, they have shared the Gospel and prayed with more than 1,500 individuals in professional settings—many of whom encountered Christ for the first time. Their bilingual calling continues to open doors across cultures, bringing healing, freedom, and restoration through the power of Jesus Christ.

Now serving as modern-day missionaries under the covering of In Truth and Love Ministries, Andrew and Flori are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God in everyday places. Together, they are bridging faith, work, and culture. Through prayer and generous partnerships, they can continue to share the Gospel, disciple believers, and equip leaders where traditional missions often cannot go.
