My name is Annete, I am 29 years old and I am from Querétaro, Mexico. I have been a Christian since I was 13 years old. When I came to Christ, everything in my life changed. From a young age I have had the opportunity to serve in different missions in Mexico, and now God has opened the door for me to serve in Japan through prayer and by sharing the Gospel.
For some time I have felt a deep burden to pray for Japan. I didn’t fully understand why I was so drawn to this country, but I found myself praying for Japan with the same intensity as I pray for my own nation.
I also want to share the salvation I personally experienced in my own life. I learned that every soul is deeply valuable and worth every cost.
I do not want my life to be centered in my own dreams, comfort, or success, but on God’s purpose for my life. I believe I am going to Japan because of Him. Even if the path becomes difficult, lonely, or uncertain, I want to continue pursuing it with faith, knowing that God is with me and guiding me through every step.
Over the past few years I have worked very hard and saved money without fully knowing why, and now I can see that God was preparing the way for this opportunity. I have been able to cover much of this journey myself.
