As a community volunteer in Japan, I witness daily how coffee helps people relax, share their inner thoughts, and find emotional support. It’s more than a drink — it’s a path to mental well-being and human connection.
But behind every meaningful cup lies a journey — and for small Colombian coffee farmers, that journey is becoming harder every day.
The Challenge
Small, independent coffee producers in Colombia grow some of the world’s best beans. But high shipping and logistics costs make it nearly impossible for them to export to distant markets like Japan. As a result, large-scale producers from other countries get there first, while small farmers lose out — on income, growth, and opportunities for a better life.
The Vision
We want to change that. We’re on a mission to:

🌱 Cover shipping and logistics costs so they can sell their coffee directly
🌱 Bring fresh, ethically sourced Colombian coffee to Japanese communities
