HI! WE ARE THE MATCHELLS!
Previously we worked in Kijabe, Kenya, teaching and coaching at an international boarding school called Rift Valley Academy in order to come alongside global workers by assisting with their student’s education. After working in Africa for 5 years we felt strongly called into global worker care after seeing such a tremendous need for it overseas. With that in mind, we came back to the U.S. (currently based in Northwest Arkansas), where Christine finished her Masters in Counseling and Brian gained multiple debriefer certifications including Critical Incident and Stress Debriefing. Our hope is that with this training we will be better trained and prepared to support global workers both on and off the field.
As we pursue different ways to provide care to the global worker community, we believe very strongly in the following: 1. God has given us a heart for care, 2. Our family was built to serve, and 3. We have been blessed with an incredible set of family and friends that desire to support the goals that have been put on our heart.
