Dan and Elisa have served as intercessory missionaries for 20 years, carrying a deep hunger for revival and spiritual awakening in America that was first ignited during their college years. They are passionate about seeing lives transformed by the Gospel, helping people grow in intimacy with God, and equipping believers to partner with Him through the power of intercession so that His will would be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
They believe that authentic community and the restoration of the family are essential foundations for lasting transformation. From this place, their desire is to see prayer and mission working together to impact hearts, communities, and ultimately the nation.
For nearly a decade, Dan and Elisa have served in Washington, D.C. with the Justice House of Prayer, where they have been trained and operate in governmental intercession and dream stream ministry—the stewardship of dreams in the night to help inform prayer and intercession. Through this ministry, they have had the opportunity to equip and encourage churches and leaders both nationally and internationally.
They have seven children: Caleb, Lewis, Faith, Roselyn, Rees, Bethany and Charlotte.
Isaiah 61:1-4 is a passage that the Lord gave them as a life mandate:
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
Because the Lord has anointed me
To bring good news to the afflicted;
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to captives
And freedom to prisoners;
To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord
And the day of vengeance of our God;
To comfort all who mourn,
To grant those who mourn in Zion,
Giving them a garland instead of ashes,
The oil of gladness instead of mourning,
The mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting.
So they will be called oaks of righteousness,
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.
Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins,
They will raise up the former devastations;
And they will repair the ruined cities,
The desolations of many generations.”

Dan is from Plymouth, Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in Graphic Design. After college, he spent four years at the International House of Prayer University in Kansas City, where he received his Apostolic Prayer and Preaching certificate. He now happily serves in Washington, D.C.
Elisa is from Waite Park, Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in International Studies and Marketing. After college, she completed one-year at the International House of Prayer University in Kansas City. She now home educates her children while serving with Dan in Washington, D.C.
