In the extreme rural bush of Zambia, God is moving. Every week people young and old are coming to Jesus, getting set free from oppression, and touched by the presence of God.

I was raised on an extremely isolated island in Alaska. I know what it’s like to feel invisible. Someone came to my Island and carried the Presence of God when I was young. It changed my life forever. I felt so seen. Now I get to go to live in an isolated village, where there is no electricity, and extremely limited access to clean water. I pray that every single person can feel seen and known by God. But not just seen by God, they need to know we seen them too, us, His hands and feet, His children who carry His presence. No one is invisible. He sends people to carry His presence.

El Roi means God who sees me. Hagar named Him that when she felt invisible, and He came. She said, “I have seen the one who sees me”. The miracle happens when we can see the One who sees us. We get to hold the miracle, when we carry Him to them. It is the greatest honor.
