Hey friends! My name is Emilie. After graduating college last year, I moved back home to Southern California and started searching for a community that was truly on fire for Jesus. I began going to Circuit Riders worship nights and later joined their one-week school this summer…and it completely changed me. During that week, I felt the Lord clearly calling me to take a bold step: to set aside six months to be trained and equipped as a missionary with Circuit Riders (a Youth With A Mission organization).
The Circuit Rider Experience (CRX) is a six-month discipleship and missions program. For the first three months, I’ll be in Huntington Beach training and growing in spiritual depth, community, and leadership. Then for the last two and a half months, I’ll be sent on international outreach, where our team will lead city-wide evangelistic campaigns and minister to universities and high schools.
This is a scary but exciting step of faith for me. For so long, I imagined I would go straight into a career in fashion after college, but God has been rewriting my plans. He has placed a call on my life to use my gifts as a leader and to lead people to Jesus. I believe this six-month discipleship and missions training will be foundational in equipping me to walk fully in that calling. I want my generation to encounter Jesus, to be transformed by His love, and to experience His goodness the way I have.
Here’s where I need your help. The total cost for this six-month mission is $15,000, which will cover:
- $4,000 for lecture tuition and housing
- $4,000 for outreach
- $7,000 for personal expenses (groceries, travel, outreach destinations, etc.)
