Meet Gineff Irizarry McKinney, a Christ-centered leader passionate about helping people encounter God, experience inner healing, and walk in wholeness.
Gineff resides in Hampton, Virginia with her husband, John, and their children. Currently she is serving the body of Christ virtually in an internship in Pennsylvania, where she is serving an online community of students in the role of community coordinator and leading a small groups. Locally in Virginia, she is involved in her local church where she ministers to the body through intercession and healing prayer. Through her leadership, she cultivates safe, faith-filled environments where individuals are encouraged to grow spiritually and step confidently into their God-given identity.
As a Certified Christian Healing Practitioner, Gineff ministers through prayer, inner healing, and spiritual care, helping others experience restoration and freedom in Christ. She is currently working toward her Master Equipper Certification, further equipping her to train and empower others for effective ministry.
Professionally, Gineff brings over 20 years of experience in education, serving in Gifted Education, General Education, and Title I Reading Intervention. She holds a Collegiate Professional Teaching License in Elementary Education (PK–6) and Gifted Education (K–12) in Virginia, and is known for her ability to recognize potential, cultivate growth, and meet individuals where they are.
Whether in ministry or education, Gineff’s heart is to encourage, equip, and edify, guiding others into deeper encounters with God and empowering them to live transformed, fruitful lives.
Gineff has ministered both stateside and internationally, including Brazil, Cuba, and Mexico, serving on ministry teams and offering Christ-centered healing sessions. She carries a heart to serve the Body of Christ wherever she is sent and remains responsive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, joyfully going where the Lord calls.

Gineff invites those who feel led to partner with the work God is doing through prayer and financial support. Prayer is deeply valued and essential to this ministry, and generous giving helps sustain and expand Christ-centered healing work—making it possible to serve individuals via zoom and in-person, equip leaders, and go wherever the Lord leads. Those who feel stirred to stand with this ministry are warmly welcomed, knowing that their partnership plays a meaningful role in bringing healing, restoration, and wholeness to the Body of Christ.
