We’re Jeff and Kathy Slaughter, missionaries to Europe.
When we first visited Europe, we were surprised to learn how few evangelical Christians and churches there were. And how because of this, leadership development opportunities were rare.
Many European church leaders serve in small churches and do their best to lead with little training … all while working full-time jobs.
They are worship leaders, vocalists, techies, and creatives. And we understand them.
Many are insecure in their roles, feel alone, and without community … but their hearts burn to be encouraged, trained, and networked.
We offer training, networking and encouragement that ignites passion and strengthens the church.
Our training ministry began with a one-off seminar in Brussels — more than 125 leaders came, revealing how deep the need really was. Since then, God has opened doors for us to:
• Establish the European Worship Institute, organizing 100+ training events in 12 countries.
• Serve in local church ministry and church planting in Brussels and Paris.
• Tour with EXO, a French worship band, throughout french-speaking Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.
Our Mission:
To train, network and encourage worship leaders through workshops, seminars, conferences, camps, mentoring and online communities.
Ignite passion and strengthen the European church with us!
