Joel and Tiffany Whitlock serve full-time with YWAM West Virginia, where their mission is to see lives transformed by the love and power of Jesus — both in their hometown of Keyser and across the nations. Their ministry is multifaceted and deeply rooted in relationships. From leading youth ministry and Christian clubs in local schools to overseeing short-term outreaches around the world, they are fully invested in making disciples who make disciples.
Tiffany leads a micro-school focused on early childhood education, where students are grounded in both academics and the Word of God. Joel serves as worship director, helping lead others into the presence of God multiple times a week. But one of the most meaningful parts of their ministry happens in their own home. It’s a place where local youth gather — to pray, worship, study the Bible, or just hang out and feel safe. Whether it’s spontaneous ice cream runs with a car full of teenagers or late-night conversations that matter, Joel and Tiffany are committed to being present and available.
