We are Jeff & Kim Redmond, married now for 34 years. We are empty nesters who God has called to pack up and go to Africa.
As we prayed for “laborers in the harvest” something was birthed in us to say yes.
WE CAN DO THIS LIFE IS SHORT AND THERE IS MUCH WORK TO BE DONE!!!
What better time to open up our hearts and give all that we have been gifted with to bless and serve however He chooses.
“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.
Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest field.”
 Matthew 9:37-38
Just as wisdom spoke to Moses through his father-in-law to select capable trustworthy men who feared God to help lift up his arms and finish the work, that is the plan today.
“The work is too heavy; you cannot handle this alone.”
Exodus 18:18
We will go to build practical things like dormitories and whatever else. We will help with administrative tasks as well as serving a glass of water to those in need. But greatest of all will be to mentor and love on God’s family as they serve in this mighty work. Our heart is to be a bridge connecting the generations and spreading that revival fire wherever we go.

Our daughter Gabrielle Strandberg has been challenging us by her example as she has pioneered all over the world and is now pastoring alongside her husband Samuel and 2 children Leona and Julian in Kilgoris, Kenya.
Together with SOS Ministries they have raised up a church and a school to train future missionaries for the work. In just over 2 years a base has been established with a dining hall, a gym, a playground along with the first of 2 dormitories housing about 40 students from the nations with plans of growing to 400.
