Called to Missionary Care…
In 2015, we answered God’s call to come alongside missionaries by teaching and mentoring their kids at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya. We loved supporting missionary families in this way.
In 2020, our family attended a missionary debriefing, where we were all greatly impacted by this intentional time to process our cross-cultural life experiences. God used this experience to bring healing and a way forward. We began to ask God if this might be something He wanted us to do for others.
In 2023, we decided to plant ourselves in Wilmington, NC, believing God was calling us to pursue this missionary care ministry.
Our goal is to be able to provide debriefing and coaching for missionaries, giving them a chance for intentional processing of their experiences overseas. We reaped the benefits of being debriefed and coached and continue to hear stories and statistics supporting the need for it. It is a privilege to provide that opportunity for others.
We have a deep heart for the Lord to be magnified among the nations and recognize the importance of the well-being of missionaries. Debriefing and coaching can contribute to better health of missionaries and their families, either by enabling them to remain on the field longer or by aiding in their transitional journey.
