The Finley family’s journey into missions began on their first trip to Sweden in 2024-a visit that would reshape the direction of their lives. During their time in Sweden , they experienced a deep sense that God was calling them into something greater: to return, serve and to invest into local church and lives of people there.
With prayer, discernment, and a growing burden for the region, the Finley family committed to step into full time missionary work in Sundsvall, Sweden.
Their mission is center on building relationships and cultivating faith within the community. They will be working closely with the youth; encouraging, mentoring and created space to encounter the love of God.. In addition, they will be organizing and leading home groups, preaching on Sundays and street evangelism.
As they step into this new chapter, the Finleys believe their calling is not just about going, but about building; building relationships and building community.
The Finleys will be stationed in Sundsvall, Sweden (235 miles north of Stockholm). By the late 19th century, Sweden was one of the most active missionary sending countries in the world, carrying the message of the gospel far beyond its borders.
Today, it’s our heart to see that same passion renewed. That the heart of the Swedish people would be turned back to God once again.
