He has served on board multiple ministry vessels in many nations and is currently developing an online curriculum to supplement on-board training. MAST Global was established in 2016 as a direct response to the need for a focused training program that serves by informing and engaging crew members in the basics of onboard safety, in addition to the fundamentals of seamanship for those involved with deck operations of the vessel.
The goal is to prepare crew and trainees with the skill set to carry them to whichever ministry vessel they will serve aboard in the future. By training proficient mariners, the vessels in the fleet will continue to provide essential services and increase their reach globally.
