Loving and serving those in need.

Welcome and Thank You for visiting my page. I appreciate all your support and prayers as I serve all over this country and internationally.

My focus: I am called to do His work through serving disaster relief after hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and other natural disasters. Rebuild trips and international missions are also on my heart and important to me.

About myself:

My name is Mike Yoder and Im based out of Canton, Ohio, USA.

I grew up on a large dairy and grain farm. Learning hard work from an early age and many skills from my father and grandfather. Later became a union carpenter, welder/ pipefitter, fabricator, and started a construction company remodeling houses.

Little did I know God was building my skill sets I would later use to serve with. He was always calling me to go out and serve those in need… dont worry about the work needing done.

Learning from experience:

Living in a rural area the farm community was always helping each other out any ways possible. Growing up in a Methodist church who served their community also had a big impact on my life.

In 1993 our Farm had a very devastating fire that destroyed our main bank barn, milking parlor, years worth of feed and 30 young calves. When that happened everyone came running to help us. Hundreds of people and two local churches helped us clean everything up. They helped us rebuild for a strong future, and showed us God turns everything into blessings.

Seeing all of this at only 8 years old had a huge impact. Everyone eager to help with a smile on their face for no more then a Thank You and maybe a warm meal.

Whom shall I send?

I kept hearing from Him after covid -“Sell your house, down size everything, no more hired work and focus on missions full time… I will provide.”

I have now been serving my kingdom purpose full time for over 3 years. Serving disaster relief for over 10 years, domestic and international missions for 15 years and equine therapy with kids and veterans for 7 years.

What my serving looks like:

I mostly partner with Christian nonprofits who deploy us 2-3 days after a natural disaster. Always being ready and packed up at a moments notice is important. As well as having the freedom to serve 2-4 weeks those in need. Often times back to back trips happen for months… just like Helene (8 months)

I also partner with other missionaries, groups and churches to serve domestically and internationally. Rebuild trips, missionary compounds, VBS, and all the other many needs.

How YOU can make a difference:

Please consider supporting me with your TAX Deductible donations and/or becoming a continuous monthly sponsor to my full time ministry.

Your donations help with: The high cost of fuel, travel expenses, vehicle and equipment expenses, plane tickets, food and living expenses. Rebuild material expenses and other needs of those being served.

The more donations received- the more I am able to serve, stay out longer and join more trips.

Donations are another form of Tithing.

Verses I live by:

Acts 20:24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me

Mike Yoders Missions

After the work is done, we often times carve a Cross into a tree stump before we leave – A powerful reminder to the family that even in times of loss, God’s love remains firmly rooted.

That wooden Cross stands as a symbol of hope for the homeowners and all who see. Pointing back to the Him who brings comfort and purpose to every season of our lives.

Again, Thank You for visiting my page and considering your TAX Deductible donations to continue His work through my ministry.

Gratefully,

Mike Yoder
