Morgan Davis serves as a Scripture Engagement Strategist, partnering with churches and local leaders in regions where access to Scripture remains limited and the gospel is not yet widely known. Her ministry focuses on equipping believers to faithfully engage with, translate, and steward God’s Word in their own languages and cultural contexts, so the Church can grow from within and pass on the faith to future generations.
Through her work with the Strategic Mission Collective, Morgan provides Bible translation training, develops contextually grounded training resources, and travels to Southeast Asia, across the Sahel of Africa, and other Global South contexts to walk alongside pastors, translation teams, and disciple-making movement leaders who are discipling others. She specializes in multimodal approaches to Scripture engagement, ensuring that God’s Word is accessible to both text-based and oral-preferred learning communities.
Morgan’s calling is shaped by a deep conviction that the ministry of Bible translation belongs to the Church, not as a resource imported from the outside, but as a gift entrusted to local believers to receive, live out, and boldly share. Her work strengthens what God is already growing by supporting leaders who are raising up others in discipleship, translation, and theological formation.
In addition to regular field-based ministry, Morgan contributes to the global missological discourse through writing, teaching, and speaking engagements that serve the global Church and advance thoughtful, church-centered approaches to mission and Bible translation.
Morgan lives on the East Coast with her husband, Chris, is the proud mother of their three adult children, and considers it a privilege to labor alongside the global body of Christ in the work of making Jesus known and His Word accessible among the unreached.
