MEET US: Nici is from Switzerland and Nicole is from Norway and we got married in 2025. We both experienced that God burdened our hearts for the nations during our Discipleship Training School and have been serving at the Youth with a Mission Grimerud, Norway base since 2021 and 2023, which is the largest of the eight YWAM bases in Norway. Our heart is to see young people live whole heartedly for Jesus, and long to see a wave of missionaries being sent out of Norway to the unreached.
NORWAY: I, Nici, get to work with a movement called The Send. We cooperate with other organizations and churches across Norway and Europe. Our goal is to gather young people around missions and activate each believer to make Jesus known in their schools, neighborhoods, and workplaces. We see that God is stirring the youth in Norway. Part of our time is spent traveling throughout Norway and Europe, hosting events in local churches and bigger conferences, with a goal that reaches far beyond the event itself — lasting change and impact. I am also a part of leading a group focused on training and sending out staff as long-term workers to unreached people groups.
I, Nicole, am part of a women’s movement called BraveLove. Currently I lead our HUB at Grimerud, where we want to see women impacted by Jesus and equipped to make a difference in Norway and the nations. Our dream is to see women rise up in their identity and live in the freedom Jesus gives. We’re seeing a generation of women who want to be of impact wherever they are. We meet girls and women in all generations through schools, churches, events, conferences, social media, our podcast, and leader training we’re developing along the way.
