Kingdom Greetings in Jesus name, this is me Pastor Rashid Mashi Chairman of HLCC Church and Center; here I am introducing our Church and charity organization which is merged with many Ministries.
I’m Pastor Rashid Mashi called by God to serve and share the love of Jesus Christ. My heart beats for helping people grow in faith, find hope, and experience God’s presence in their daily lives.
I’m blessed to serve alongside my wonderful wife, Sana Younas, who has been my greatest partner in ministry. Together, we are proud parents of 3 amazing children, Elif Michelle eldest daughter 6 years old, Ellis Michael is son 4 years old and youngest daughter Ellie Mirielle 1 year old, who bring us endless joy and inspire us every day.
As a family, we are committed to building a Christ-centered community where everyone can belong, grow, and serve. Our mission is simple: to love God, love people, and make a difference for His Kingdom.

Support for 5-Day Youth Discipleship Training

We are planning a 5-day Discipleship Training in the mountains, at the same location where we previously conducted mission training for families last year. This time, our focus will be on reaching and equipping young people from different backgrounds.
We are expecting around 80 to 85 participants, ages 17 to 30. Among them:
20 youth will come from the Kalash community
15 youth will come from Hindu backgrounds
The remaining participants will be from nominal Christian and believing Christian families
This training will be a wonderful opportunity to disciple, encourage, and strengthen these young people in their faith and leadership.
The total budget required for 85 participants is $5,875. This amount will cover:
Accommodation
Three meals per day
Transportation fares
We are prayerfully planning to hold this training at the end of July or the beginning of August.

- Sewing Centers for Widows: Providing widows with vocational skills to earn a sustainable income.
- Skills Training for Christian Youth: Offering training in various trades to enhance employability.
- School For Brick Kiln Children: Ensuring access to education for children from marginalized backgrounds.
- Scholarships for poor students: Supporting the education of underprivileged students.
- Free Medical Camps and Emergency Aids: Providing medical care to those who need it most.
- Seminars and awareness: Couples and youth seminars conduct for their spiritual growth.
- Emergency natural disaster support: We available for emergency needs in every city of Pakistan. Urgent Need: we are doing many projects who is in list in above: but we need for out reach ministry. we go to the northern areas of Pakistan among tribes we don’t mentioned here tribes names due to security.

HLCC need to be a Ministry Van for go to reach unreached groups of people in Pakistan because HLCC go to by public transport its hard time for reaching the target areas by public transport , second thing too much consumed our time in public transport and we can carry many things on ministry van. what kind of van we need 13 seater and total price of this van is $52000 - 2. We want to be open adult literacy school at 10 bricks factories in different areas. Brick factory community is very poor and living a slavery life so that’s why they need school and monthly grocery. one school cost is per month is $700 and grocery per month cost is $ 8000
- 3. Third need is sewing center we want to be start sewing center for the widows which we need at least 15 machine and garments. Per machine cost is $ 250 one time investment. and per month cost of sewing center is $1600
