About Me
Since I was a little girl, I’ve felt a deep burden to serve those in need. After a miraculous encounter with God that brought profound healing from mental illness and addiction, my life was completely transformed and I began a new chapter of obedience and surrender to God.
In September 2024, God’s leading became undeniable. I took a leap of faith, transitioning from the corporate world to dedicate myself full-time to building the OC Dream Center, a non-profit based in Costa Mesa, CA. With no financial security, I trusted God with my finances and future, and He has faithfully provided every step of the way, confirming His plan.
What I’m Doing
Today, I’m blessed to serve as the Volunteer Executive Director of the OC Dream Center. It’s through financial sponsorships and partnerships that I’m able to dedicate myself to this role full-time. As we’re building the OC Dream Center from the ground up, our entire staff, including me, is 100% volunteer-based. This unique model ensures every publicly raised dollar directly funds our programs and services in Orange County, not operational expenses.
Our mission is simple: “Find a need and meet it, see a hurt and heal it.” My own journey through crisis and trauma, coupled with the urgent needs of the hurting and hungry, drives my dedication to this cause. We meet these needs directly by connecting individuals to trusted, existing resources and by creating innovative solutions for unmet gaps, striving to make Orange County a leader in transformational community service.
Much of my time is spent planning and executing our outreach programs, like disaster relief, senior outreach, and Adopt-a-Block events. But I have found that the most impactful moments have been the one-on-one interactions with the people we serve – witnessing hope return to their eyes as they realize there’s a resource dedicated to helping them get their dreams back — and seeing that we truly do care for and love them.
The rest of my time is dedicated to strategic expansion and development. I see immense potential for the Dream Center model to achieve greater impact and county-wide unity. I’m excited for our future, and a crucial part of this involves building relationships with community partners, local businesses, and ministries, which is key to uniting Orange County as a team for transformation.
To cover my living expenses and allow me to continue serving full-time in this volunteer capacity, I am looking to secure a team to financially sponsor me. My goal is to raise $4,500 per month which covers rent, food, gas, and travel costs.
Together, I believe we can restore lost dreams, bring lasting hope and healing to Orange County, and see our community lead in transformational service.
