My passion is to see each one equipped, encouraged, and sustained in their mission and my goal is to provide impactful coaching to 20 global workers in 2026, so they can flourish in life and ministry.
As an International Coaching Federation ACC credentialed coach with an MA in Intercultural Ministry Leadership degree I bring deep empathy and insight to every coaching session.
Common coaching topics include ministry preparedness, cross-cultural challenges, strategic planning, ministry collaboration, work life balance, boundaries, team dynamics, family relationships, furlough/home assignment preparation, ministry partner development, preventing burnout, transition coaching, and spiritual formation.

I recently volunteered at a Thrive Ministry Retreat in Cape Town, South Africa!
Thrive hosts retreats each year for women ministering overseas to experience a rare and much-needed week of care, encouragement, resourcing, and connection!
During our time together, 34 attendees experienced spiritual, emotional, and physical restoration through worship, studying Scripture, prayer, self-care, confidential counseling, spiritual direction and more. I served on the coaching team and was a small group facilitator.
