We are the Rosas family, serving full-time in Dallas, Texas with One Voice Student Missions.
Hello and thank you for stopping by! Here’s a little bit about us: We are Alan, Kayla, Noa, and Nehemiah. Together, we serve as leaders and pastors to our missional community. Alan has a deep passion for the local church, youth mentorship, and cultivating healthy families. Kayla’s heart is devoted to building relationships, loving children, and showing the love of Jesus by meeting tangible needs. Alan has been with One Voice Student Missions for eight years, and Kayla is in her fourth year. Our shared desire is to see young people transformed by the presence of Jesus, deepened through discipleship, and drawn into meaningful fellowship.
One Voice and it’s Initiatives
“One Voice Student Missions exists to see youth saved, discipled, and sent.” We have reached students in public high schools for the last decade through our Jesus Club program and have trained churches and faith groups all over America in our model. Last year our ministry transitioned to digital missions as many schools began to shut down. The results that followed blew us away. God is not done with students. Gen Z wants Jesus!
The Jesus Clubs Movement exists to see students saved, discipled, and sent as messengers of the gospel. We are a team of missionaries, influencers, pastors, volunteers, and students who rally around one thing; making Jesus known to an entire generation.
Gen Z For Jesus is an initiative of One Voice to mobilize and empower the voice of the next generation in prayer, fasting, and Gospel proclamation.
One Voice DTS
One Voice is training the next generation of missionaries and Gospel workers through a 5 month residential discipleship and ministry training program.
One Voice DTS Impact
To date, One Voice has conducted three DTS programs, with students experiencing significant family reconciliation, personal freedom, and boldness in sharing the Gospel.
Teams We Serve In
Executive Team
Alan currently serves on the executive team at One Voice Student Missions, where the motto is, “The greater the position, the greater the servant.” His role involves strategic leadership, prayerfully guiding decisions, problem-solving, pastoring, and leading our team leads.
Pastoral Leaders
As community pastors, we provide discipleship, coordinate community events, host missionaries, and offer pastoral counseling to those in our missional community.
One Voice DTS
We have had the honor of leading three DTS programs as school directors. Now, as we partner with YWAM, we are excited for fresh vision and growth as we launch next year’s school.
