Establishing prayer and worship in North Carolina, America, and the nations.

Tyrone and Natalie Watson are a family from Erwin, North Carolina, called to cultivate prayer, worship, discipleship, and missions. Their desire is to see the Church united as God’s family and awakened to its identity as priests unto the Lord.

Both Tyrone and Natalie sensed separate calls from the Lord from a young age—toward worship, prayer, the nations, and raising up the next generation. They met in 2019 at Movement 2020, a Christian conference in Virginia, and later served together for approximately six years with the Triangle Prayer Room under Pastor Ben Atkinson. They married in 2022 and welcomed their daughter, Kaira Joy, in 2024.

Through prayer, trusted counsel, and a growing burden for their region, they began transitioning into the ministry assignments God had placed before them. They now serve at Catch the Fire Raleigh under Lead Pastors Aaron and Jess Ninaber, as well as with Here Comes Joy, based in Atlanta, Georgia and led by Jarrett and Sandi Ellis.

Their ministry includes:

  • Hosting weekly family prayer gatherings in their home and throughout their region.

  • Leading worship and prayer regularly at Catch the Fire Raleigh.

  • Discipling and mentoring young and emerging leaders through Bible study, prayer, and personal connection.

  • Teaching and developing upcoming musicians and worship leaders.

  • Writing, producing, and translating worship music in English and Spanish.

  • Releasing Spanish-language music for Latin America with biblical teaching woven into the songs.

  • Traveling to lead worship, prayer, and teaching in North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and beyond.

  • Serving with IGNITE at NC State through evangelism, worship-team development, and monthly teaching.

  • Releasing the book The Dance of Two Camps.

Their vision

Tyrone and Natalie believe that prayer changes people, churches, regions, and nations. They are committed to seeing believers become rooted in the Father’s heart, equipped in prayer, and confident in their calling as priests before the Lord.

They long to see worship and prayer established in homes, churches, campuses, and communities—and ultimately to see Christ receive the inheritance of the nations.

Already, they have witnessed family members come to faith, young leaders grow in purity and purpose, churches make greater room for prayer, and hearts become tender in God’s presence.

Pray with them

Please pray for:

  • Continued intimacy with Jesus and wisdom in every assignment.

  • Protection, strength, and provision for their family.

  • Young leaders to encounter God and embrace their priestly calling.

  • Greater unity, prayer, and worship throughout the Church.

  • Open doors for ministry across America and among the nations.

Thank you for standing with the Watson family as they serve Jesus through prayer, worship, discipleship, and missions.
