In July 2011, Wayne and his family recognized a lifelong dream of serving in a developing country, and relocated their family from Texas to Cambodia. Over the years Wayne has strived to understand effective ways in the Khmer context of sharing the Gospel, seeing disciples made, churches planted and communities developed.
In 2016 Wayne became the founding director of the Cambodia Church Planting Center, partnering with most of the major networks and denominations in Cambodia. The team at Cambodia Church Planting Center work hard to serve local leaders in multiplying church planting movements.
Beginning in 2024, Wayne and the team had the opportunity to begin sharing the lessons learned in Cambodia with other nations along the Mekong River. Pray for this team as they provide inspiration, equipping and resources for church planting movements across the Mekong Region.
