Hi! We’re Andrew & Mikayla.
After years in our professional careers—Andrew in platform engineering and Mikayla as a physical therapist—God began stirring a deeper call in us toward missions and discipleship. What started as learning to live as everyday missionaries gradually became a clear call to step into full-time missions.
In 2022, we joined Youth With a Mission (YWAM) and completed a five-month discipleship and missions training program called a Discipleship Training School. This was a season focused on growing in our relationship with God, living in community, and serving in missions.
Through outreach and ministry in Peru, God led us to Lima, where we began serving in a local community focused on restoring families, discipling believers, and investing in the next generation. Our days were filled with church gatherings, youth discipleship, home visits, education, and walking closely with people in their everyday lives.
Over time, this grew into discipling young people through YWAM’s training schools—helping them study the Bible, discern God’s calling, and serve cross-culturally in missions. Through this season, God began forming something deeper in us—a long-term vision for discipleship, training, and community transformation.
This has led us to help pioneer a new YWAM training community in Lima, Peru. Our heart is to see spiritually healthy leaders and families raised up—people who know God, live in authentic community, and carry the Gospel into their neighborhoods and the nations. (https://ywamlima.org)
We are especially passionate about discipling young people to hear God’s voice, grow in their identity, and step into their calling with maturity, humility, and joy.
As we step into this next season, we are building a team of partners who will send us—both through prayer and financial support.
In YWAM, missionaries are supported through personal partnership. This means we are inviting people to stand with us monthly, helping establish and sustain a YWAM training community in Lima.

Many of our partners give monthly in a range that feels sustainable for them—often between $50–$100. More than anything, we’re looking for people who feel called to be part of what God is building here.
We are currently in the early stages of building our support team, and each new partnership helps us continue forward in this calling.
