Modern Day Welcomes Zach & Liz Lowrie

by | Aug 16, 2009 | Missions Articles

Zach & Liz Lowrie are helping to establish 9th Hour ministries where they are bringing forth the new sounds of worship to Belgium and deepening knowledge of God, which in turn will inspire this next generation to run hard after God.  The first step in this goal is to establish the Belgian House of Prayer – to reignite and reunite the churches in the land of Belgium and across Europe by imparting the heart of worship with which God has burdened this team.  In addition to the Brussels House of Prayer and serving within the local church, Zach will be ministering within the community using his graduate degree in counseling from Dallas Baptist University.

That was the order we were given within minutes of discovering our residencies had been denied renewal. The city hall official was not hostile or aggressive, simply delivering orders. I responded that we would “absolutely not be leaving in thirty days.” She mentioned they would send a police officer to our door if we did not comply. I told her she could send the king; I still would not leave after thirty days. That was impossible!
