Andy’s and Flori’s life were changed after they attended a Freedom and Fullness Seminar in Dallas, Texas where they came to understand how they had opened doors to the enemy in their life. They discovered their true identity and authority in Christ. They went on to receive a Personal Ministry Session where they experienced inner healing and personal victory from generational curses, judgments, and strongholds.

Andy and Flori met at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas, and later married in 2002. They faithfully served in their local Church, while Andy worked as a quality manager and Flori as a professional translator and interpreter.  After experiencing this life-changing freedom, It was clear to them that God was calling them to share this good news with others.

Driven by a passion to see people experience personal victory, Andy & Flori stepped out from the corporate world to embrace their calling for ministry. They completed Personal Ministry Training, were mentored, and ordained as Ministers of the Gospel. In 2014, Andy and Flori became Modern day Field Workers and began leading Spanish Freedom and Fullness Seminars in Central Mexico. In 2016 Andy and Flori became founders of International Kingdom Connectors Ministries (IKC Ministries).

Flori and Andy de la Garza founded IKC Ministries, aimed to help people discover their true identity and authority in Christ and experience personal freedom and victory through biblical teaching and ministry per Luke 4:18-19.  Andy and Flori are bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a burden to bring freedom to Central and South America.  They are catalysts for the Kingdom and their enthusiasm and compassion for people have caused others to come alongside them and support their vision.

Here are some of the types of ministries offered today. 

Freedom & Fullness Seminars

• The Freedom and Fullness seminar lays a strong Biblical foundation for deliverance and inner healing, charts the path to freedom for every participant, and provides an opportunity for ministry within a group setting. Throughout the seminar, men, women, and young people experience power encounters, and truth encounters and confront God’s authority in a way that leads to new freedom and increased wholeness. A highly trained ministry team assists with the ministry time which takes place throughout the day.

Freedom & Fullness Webinars

• We also offer the 1-day Freedom and Fullness Seminar in a webinar format available to churches, missionaries, and participants online to view in their own time zone. Webinars include worship, biblical teaching, and prayer-based ministry. Please contact us for more information.

Personal Ministry Sessions

• A personal ministry appointment is a 3-6 hour individual time with a trained minister. Issues that were hidden or not resolved in a seminar /webinar can be exposed by the Holy Spirit and healed. Deliverance and Inner healing may be ongoing processes in the Christian Life. Many people have several follow-up appointments. A person must attend the Freedom and Fullness Seminar or watch Freedom and Fullness before scheduling a personal ministry appointment.

Personal Ministry Training

• The purpose of Personal Ministry Training (PMT) is to encourage, train and equip those who desire wholeness in their own lives and/or desire to extend the Kingdom of God through deliverance and inner healing. The PMT is offered in 4 modules that contain teaching, demonstration, and participation.
  • Module 1: benefits and strengthens any believer and forms a biblical foundation in deliverance.
  • Modules 2-4: Prepares students to minister to other people and to lead personal ministry sessions.
