Josephine Akyaa Boateng (aka Lady Evangelist Adwoa-Akyaa Diamond - L.E.A.D) is a Ghanaian born Evangelist, Revivalist, Philanthropist and Entrepreneur based in Australia. She is a ‘Beacon of Light’, a voice of empowerment and a Bearer of the Good News of Jesus Christ. As a forth-teller, she is called to proclaim the Gospel, the Love of Jesus to many souls. She is passionate to encounter lives impacted by the power of the Gospel and Holy Spirit.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF L.E.A.D
L.E.A.D, is an advocate for Human Rights & Aid, Women, People with Disability (PwD), Domestic Violence, Social Justice and Equity to forge an inclusive world. Her divine mandate is to shine LIGHT to those who may be broken-hearted, the youth, orphans, poor, widows, the sick, elderly and those in prison. Josephine has served in missions and crusades in Australia, UK, USA, Nigeria and Ghana. She has a desire to reach unreached nations and to save the lost. Salvation is a precious gift to us all.
She has over 21 years' experience serving voluntarily in Ministry incl. Choir, Admin, Hospitality, Media, Pastoral care, Discipleship and welfare (particularly Teens & Youth, Young Adults, Women's, Prison and Healing Ministry)
She is passionate about Humanitarian Aid and Community Development for a social or global impact and positive change, equity, peace and Inclusion in our world.

She is currently studying part-time at the Melbourne School of Theology (MST), Ministry (Evangelism and Missions). And aspires to complete a Doctorate or PhD. Semester 1, 2024 on break for her Career.
She currently works for an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s & youth rights and equality for girls. This NGO/Not for Profit (NFP) charity believes in the power and potential of every child and youth. Working together with children, youth, young adults, supporters and partners, the organisation strives for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls, youth and all children. The organisation supports children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood. And they enable children to prepare for – and respond to – crises and adversity or discrimination. The organisation drives changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using their reach, experience and knowledge internationally for children or youth for over 85 years, and are now active in more than 80 countries.

IGNITING THE FIRE
As an ordained Minister of the Gospel, a member of the Global Evangelist Alliance (volunteer) she is ignited to serve and pass the torch to the NextGen. In addition to her ministry credentials, she is part of a worldwide network of evangelists from diverse cultures and languages united to win souls to Jesus. The team serve with HUMILITY, COMPASSION, INTEGRITY and JOY. And in partnership with Modern Day Missions, we are taking the Gospel to Australia and the ends of the earth to save the lost in a radical way.
May we all continue to be flames of fire in the image of God and for His GLORY. May the Lord REIGN in our lives as we continue to be prayerful and keep our fire burning for Jesus. Hebrews 12:28-29, we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our "God is a consuming fire." WORDS OF EMPOWERMENT TO YOU:
Always be EMPOWERED that God IS LOVE and he loves you so much (John 3:16), that "he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". Once you open the door of your heart to Jesus nothing can separate you from the love of God. Pure LOVE is in GIVING & LIVING in UNITY.
1 John3:18 let us love not in word and speech but in ACTION and truth. Any GOOD DEED we do for our brothers/sisters is serving God as Matthew 25:34-40 teaches.
PRAYER INTERCESSION: L.E.A.D is an anointed vessel of honor. She loves spending time in the presence of God fasting, praying and worshipping. Get in touch with her for prayer intercession. "But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most HOLY FAITH and PRAYING in the HOLY SPIRIT, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life....To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great JOY— to the only God our Savior be glory, MAJESTY, power & AUTHORITY, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen".(Jude 1:20-25). Faith is our currency and Jehovah is our helper, healer, strengthener, comforter, advocate, source and provider in all things.
