Modern Day Welcomes Micah Dunn – Geneva

by | Aug 13, 2010 | Missions Articles

Micah Dunn will be a student in a school of ministry/discipleship run by Gateways Beyond International. It is a short 6 week school called 40 days of fire. She will be engaging in worship with the community daily, hearing from experienced teachers in day and evening classes (They will also be doing weekend outreaches in local towns) as well as serving in whatever way she can around the ministry base. Going to Geneva and taking part in this French and English speaking school is an incredible opportunity for her to delve deeper into the calling of God on her life for the French speaking nations. This is a unique opportunity to take her language learning to the next level.

That was the order we were given within minutes of discovering our residencies had been denied renewal. The city hall official was not hostile or aggressive, simply delivering orders. I responded that we would “absolutely not be leaving in thirty days.” She mentioned they would send a police officer to our door if we did not comply. I told her she could send the king; I still would not leave after thirty days. That was impossible!
