Perspectives is a discipleship course aiming to educate and equip believers to find their role in what God is doing globally. The role of the Chief Training Officer (CTO) is to ensure the development of all Perspectives USA workers in organizational vision, mission, and values, ministry and role related skills, and in other aspects of continuous learning, including the Perspectives curricular content. The CTO serves on the Executive Leadership Team and implements training and staff development strategies and tools across the ministry in full integration with other Perspectives functions. Please pray for Anna and her family as she serves Jesus through this role.

God has a “world-sized” role for every Christian in His global purpose. Whether people go to distant countries or stay at home is a secondary issue. The primary issue is what most people are hungry to discover: vision to live a life of purpose. Discovering that vision makes this course valuable, & perhaps crucial, for any Christian.
