Hey there!
My name is Ash and I am a missionary with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) in Toowoomba, Australia. Originally from Wisconsin in America, the Lord has taken me on a global journey of love and intimacy over the last few years. After being involved with YWAM in Hawaii, Mexico, and now Australia, I feel the Lord has called me to be rooted here for the next season and serve as a staff member on the Toowoomba base.
You may be asking yourself what is Youth With a Mission?, and that’s a great question!
Youth With a Mission, or YWAM, is an interdenominational Christian and non-profit organization tailored around knowing God and making God known. YWAM carries a unique heart for championing young people in their God given gifts and callings, in order to see the Great Commission fulfilled, and the Gospel shared in the spheres!
Some of the things that I believe the Lord wants to do through me in this season include:
- Discipling and encouraging others in their gifts and walks with the Lord
- Partnering in the vision of YWAM Toowoomba’s prayer and worship ministry
- Growing deeper in intimacy with the Lord, and much more!
How can you partner in this call?
Being a missionary is a faith centered lifestyle. I say this because I rely fully on financial support in order to be able to continue being the hands and feet of Jesus where he has placed me.
