We are Austin and Beth, and we have been serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) since 2014 with a shared calling to see the Church equipped to live missionally—both locally and globally. Our passion is to strengthen and serve the local Church in America by helping pastors and congregations embrace their role as everyday missionaries while maintaining a global vision for the nations.
Our current assignment focuses on partnering with local churches across the U.S. to equip believers with biblical truth, discipleship, and evangelism, mobilizing them to impact their communities and engage in global missions. We believe the local church is God’s primary vehicle for transformation, and our heart is to come alongside pastors and leaders—building unity around primary doctrine and helping bridge the gap between the local church and the global mission field.
We are deeply committed to Matthew 28:19–20—to “go and make disciples of all nations”—and we believe discipleship begins in the home and flows outward into the church, the city, and the nations. Our desire is to see faith lived out in everyday life, forming disciples who are rooted, bold, and sent.
We are blessed with our three daughters—Sophia, Abigail, and Iyla—whom we lovingly call our “Wee-WAM” missionaries. As a family, we are passionate about serving Jesus together and modeling a lifestyle of mission, obedience, and love for the Church and the nations.
We are honored to serve with YWAM and to partner with local churches as we work together to equip the saints and see lives transformed—for the glory of God in America and among the nations.
After spending seven years serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Kansas City, the Lord led us to Louisiana in 2021 with a clear assignment to serve and strengthen the local Church. Our heart has been to come alongside pastors and congregations by bringing resources, training, and relational connection that help churches equip their people to live on mission in their everyday lives while maintaining a strong vision for the nations.
As we stepped out in obedience, the Lord continued to clarify our role—partnering with local churches across Americato help bridge discipleship, evangelism, and missions. We believe the local church is God’s primary vehicle for transformation, and our calling is to support, equip, and mobilize believers as missionaries both locally and globally.
Out of this vision, YWAM Activate was formed—to connect churches with trusted missional resources, global opportunities, and practical pathways to engage their people in the Great Commission. Our desire is to see churches equipped, unified around primary doctrine, and actively sending healthy disciples into their communities and to the ends of the earth.
