This is the heartbeat of everything I do. It’s the truth Jesus wove into the greatest words He ever spoke — and the one most of us have spent our whole lives reading right past.
“Love your neighbor as yourself.” Not instead of yourself. Not more than yourself. As yourself.
You were commanded to love yourself. I’m here to walk with you until you finally receive it.
Welcome, Beautiful. I’m Cara Sansone.
I’ve spent more than 25 years carrying God’s presence into some of the most unlikely places on earth — village wells in Malawi, boardrooms in the States, living rooms full of women who had everything together on the outside and were quietly falling apart on the inside. I’ve prayed with strangers at gas stations on lonely highway exits and held space in sacred circles for women at the end of their rope. Missions, for me, has never been confined to a map. It happens anywhere a human heart is aching for God.
I’m a traveling missionary under Modern Day Missions, a certified breathwork facilitator, prophetic healer, coach, speaker, and the author of the forthcoming book The Hidden Commandment. For decades I’ve been equipping the saints — not just to go farther, but to go deeper — into healing, identity, and the kind of wholeness that changes everything around them.
What I’ve learned in all that time, in all those places?
Most of us are trying to love a world we haven’t yet let God love us through.
That’s the work we do here — together, breath by breath, prayer by prayer, truth by truth — until your body, soul, and spirit finally believe what heaven has always known about you.
This is holy, high-impact transformation for women ready to stop surviving and start living the life God actually imagined for them.
My Mission
Rooted in Isaiah 61 and commissioned by love itself, my mission is simple and lifelong: to create safe, sacred spaces — near and far — where people encounter the tenderness of God’s presence, exchange old narratives for divine truth, and rise into the fullness of who they’ve always been in His heart.
I’ve carried that mission across 40+ states and multiple nations. I carry it into the breathwork session, the prayer encounter, the coaching call, the conference stage, and the quiet conversation with the neighbor who didn’t know she needed to talk.
The geography changes. The mission doesn’t. This is more than healing. It’s a homecoming — to who you’ve always been in the heart of God.

Selah Breathwork™ is a Spirit-led, trauma-informed breathwork and whole-body healing experience — available 1:1 online or in person. Using intentional breathing, gentle body awareness, guided prayer, and Scripture, we create sacred space where real, lasting healing happens — not just at the surface, but deep in the places words alone can’t reach.
