Will you help get the Love of Jesus to the far corners of the Himalayas?

Hello, My name is Gracen Copley. 

  For the past three years I have been volunteering with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), a non-profit Christian missions organization. This began with an invitation at the end of my senior year in high school to participate in a two week mission trip with YWAM in Mexico.  It was there I first felt the Lord ask me to give a couple years of my life to learn and serve in international missions for the gospel of Jesus Christ. I accepted His invitation and a few months later found myself in Kona, HI at YWAM University to the Nations. There I participated in a Discipleship Training School (DTS), which gave me the foundation for international missions, service, bible, worship, prayer, team building and leadership. Through DTS I have been able to go to Egypt and Djibouti and led trekking teams into remote areas of Nepal.  

I have found two of my main passions are physical fitness and outdoor adventuring. This has led me to connect with a YWAM ministry called Respect The Corners (RTC), whose purpose is to use physical fitness in bringing the Gospel to remote people groups. The vision of RTC is to bring a bible to every region, village, home and person. Each RTC team member is encouraged to walk as a man/woman of integrity and humility who does not cut corners, in physical training or life. Respecting faith, family, integrity and love.

I am now serving/volunteering full-time with Respect the Corners in Kona, HI, helping run their fitness training program, facilitating outreach athletic events in the community and will be qualifying as a certified Crossfit Instructor. I have been asked to join the full-time Nepali RTC missionary team in winter 2024/2025. This means I will be moving to Nepal! After finishing a six month language school I will be helping to coach at their CrossFit gym, organize outreach events and lead yearly treks into remote regions in the spring and fall seasons.

The thought of leaving my family/familiar culture and moving to Nepal has been hard.  Through a lot of prayer and mentorship I believe this is where the Lord is leading me. I would like to invite you to consider partnering with me both in prayer and financial support. I believe it is important to reach all people with the love of Jesus Christ, and give everyone an opportunity to know the Bible, the word of God.

My budget is $2500/month in Kona and will be the same in Nepal.
