My name is James Thayer and I spent 11 years of my professional life as an entrepreneur. God called me out of that and into evangelism in 2021. I am now a full-time evangelist (missionary to the US, currently) with a mandate from God to preach the gospel, heal the sick, drive out demons, and restore the broken-hearted.
The Holy Spirit put me through a two-year crash course on communing with Him, and during that time I began to pray for sick people. Roughly three months into praying for whoever I could find (on planes, in hotel lobbies, in stores, etc.) I saw my first instantaneous miraculous healing as a man’s broken shoulder came back together beneath my hand. Since then I have seen cancer leave, kidney stones dissolve, parasitical infections disappear, and dozens of miracles like these. Additionally I have seen great numbers of people freed from depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, nightmares, and various other soul-sicknesses. Finally, and more gloriously, I have seen many unbelievers come to Jesus and many more former Christians come back to Christ. If you want to know more about my first year in ministry, I wrote a book about it called Stepping Out of the Boat (a year of miracles).
Whereas I was previously funding my part-time ministry work through the companies I ran, God has made it explicit that I need to go into evangelism full-time. That is where you come in. Without you I will still pursue the lost for Jesus in my spare time, but with you I can fulfill this calling full-time. There are thousands of souls God has given over to me to love, see healed, freed, and saved. Together we can reach them.
