Born and raised in the United States, Josiah and Kristen Teft have served with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Germany since 2007. What began as a personal calling to missions became a lifelong conviction after witnessing how powerfully God works through ordinary people who are willing to say yes.
Over the years, they have watched young people encounter God, hear His voice, and respond in faith. Again and again, they have seen lives transformed as people step out in obedience and discover their place in God’s mission. Some have gone on to help launch church-planting movements among unreached people groups, establish rescue centers for vulnerable children, and pioneer ministries around the world.
Today, Josiah serves as Executive Director and Kristen serves as Training Director of YWAM Nuremberg, a ministry they helped found.
