This was the beginning, June 7th 2021 our wedding day, the best day of our lives. We feel as though time is flying. Prior to this, Courtney was serving with YWAM in Kona, Hawaii for just under two years and was involved with missions for the last three years leading her to over 7 nations. Mark graduated from California Coast Bible College in Ventura, California with an Associates in Theology in 2018. He then went into business after being on staff with City Church California, working an incredible job running a finish carpentry company based out of Portland, Oregon. We knew before saying “I do” that it would be much bigger than our decision to just be together. We were aware that our covenant with the Lord and now with each other will impact many lives. Knowing all of this was not just to have a happy life together, but to see our Father in Heaven high and lifted up across all the earth. A joy greater than happiness. Together we have decided to give our whole hearts to what we believe the Lord is calling us into. September 2021 we felt the release to step out in faith. We both transitioned out of our jobs and we are now both serving full time as student pastors and inscrutors for a discipleship school, Kingdom Movement School of Ministry (KMSM) at our church, Kingdom Movement, located in Vancouver, WA. This school launched in the fall of 2021. We were also given the privilege in the same month to go and serve in North Africa a muslim nation and closed to Christianity. We connected with an underground church. Our hearts were greatly impacted and connected with those we had met, it opened our eyes to the culture and the need for seed. October 2021 after returning from North Africa Mark left for Brazil to serve alongside a Overland Missions team to share the gospel to isolated villages on the banks of the Amazon Rainforest. In the process, he fell even more in love with the unreached people groups realizing the significance and responsibility we have as believers to shepherd the lost back to the Father. Every day the Lord continues revealing His heart and confirming things to us in new ways. We call the Body of Christ together because this is where you guys come in. We would love to have you all partner with us financially and in intercession as we embark on these adventures with the Lord. We are believing for revival and reformation in unreached nations to see the lost come home. We have settled in our hearts that we are the ones that will go. We do not have a set time of launching as we are volunteering full time with our Kingdom Movement family continuing to pastor Young Adults on the path the Lord has called them to walk out. here’s to our small steps of obedience in the direction we feel the Lord is leading us in.
