WHO ARE WE?
We are the Montoya-Crumb family! Lucho and I (Rhema) are missionaries to Medellin, Colombia. We are wholeheartedly devoted to serving the Lord. Medellin used to be known as the kidnap capital, murder capital and homicide capital of the world in the 90’s, but we believe God is transforming Colombia by the power of the Holy Spirit and feel called to be a part.
WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
We love individual mentorship and discipleship. We spend one-on-one quality time with Colombians to build intentional relationships while strengthening new believers in their walk with the Lord. We teach them how to read the Bible, how to pray, how to evangelize, and help them grow spiritually. This one-on-one discipleship training has been very effective. Our desire is that the disciple-making movement multiplies through those we minister to and that they will do the same. Thankfully, we have seen this happen. Bible studies and morning prayer are also a key part of this process. We strengthen the local church, teach, preach and we actively participate with the local church’s leadership team.
HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?
We would be honored to have you walk with us during this season of life. We can’t do it without you. Prayer is the key to thriving and we would love you to keep us in your daily prayers. Pray for us at your church, in your home groups, and remember our family as we minister to others.
