We are Tom and Klára, parents of two little girls, and we lead the Clickostel church. We’ve always wanted to create a place, a safe environment where people can belong no matter where they are in life. Where people can find and receive their identity in Christ. That is why years ago, we entered with faith and trust in the calling that God has for us. Since then, church and serving people have been a daily thing for us. Constant thinking, lots of prayer, lots of decisions, growth, and patience. Serving is a privilege for us, which means experiencing God’s actions, receiving His grace and the family united by Christ again and again.We have behind us 10 years of serving young people, which brought us many life experiences, for which we are grateful to God and we know that we will continue to do so. We are building a community that can function as that safe environment. We give room for growth to leaders and walk side by side with them where we perceive God’s leading. We have a vision for Clickostel in other student cities where we work on contacts and seek God’s will for those specific places and people there.We are part of the CityChurch.cz – platform for the foundation and support of local churches that cooperate, support each other, strive for synergy, and desire the growth of the Church as described by the first church in Acts 16:5 „SO THE CHURCHES WERE STRENGTHENED IN THE FAITH AND GREW DAILY IN NUMBERS.“ (NIV)
We are part of CityChurch.czCityChurch.cz has a story of its own. It was not started by the decision of any individual or committee, but gradually and organically begun through the mighty calling of God, amazing unusual opportunities, and enthusiasm for the Church to have strong leaders.

Over the past decade, Klárka and I have had the privilege of leading Clickostel Church in Ostrava — a community that was never part of our career plan, but clearly part of God’s. What began with a group of creative young people searching for meaning and connection slowly grew into a church where people from non-religious backgrounds could find Jesus and a spiritual home. Through many ups and downs, Clickostel became an official church — and we’ve been honored to lead it for the past ten years.
We now live in Ostrava with our two daughters and carry a growing vision:
to see healthy, vibrant churches planted across Central and Eastern Europe — churches that are grounded in Jesus, open to skeptics and seekers, and deeply connected to the culture around them.
We’ve learned so much through serving locally, and now we sense a calling to invest what we’ve learned more broadly. Our heartbeat is summed up in Acts 16:5:
“So the churches were strengthened in the faith and grew daily in numbers.”
We want to see churches strengthened — not just bigger, but deeper.
Across this region — from eastern Germany to Czechia, Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine — we see two urgent needs:
spiritual poverty
loneliness
We believe the church is uniquely equipped to speak into both. In recent years, we’ve built meaningful relationships with leaders and communities in cities like Berlin, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Budapest, Ostrava, and Ternopil. We sense a shared momentum — a movement of churches leaning into the same hunger for renewal. One city still on our hearts is Prague— a beautiful and influential place, but one where this momentum hasn’t yet taken hold. We’ve recently started a new community group there, praying that it will be the seed of something lasting.

Regularly traveling to Berlin for both personal growth and inspiration and to serve spiritually — speaking on Sundays, meeting individuals, and learning from a faithful team that’s been building church there for 16+ years

We believe this is just the beginning. Thank you for standing with us as we follow Jesus into this next season of ministry — not just for Ostrava, but for the cities of this whole region.
