The Spirit is Moving in Mexico!!

by | Sep 16, 2014 | Missions Articles

We had an opportunity to pray with 2 of the participants (Married couple) from Cancun prior to the Seminar via Skype. When we communicated with them about hosting our first seminar in Tlahuelilpan, they told us: “we don’t know how, but we’ll be there”. They were experiencing great need but believed in the Lord to provide for them and meet their expectations. This couple not only made it to the seminar but when asked if the Lord fulfilled their expectations through the seminar and ministry, their response was “He totally exceeded them! We cannot express how grateful we are for what He did in our lives!”

During the Seminar ministry time, 7 participants surrendered their life to God’s authority and 4 received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. After the seminar, 7 people requested and received additional victory through personal ministry while we were in Mexico. Like them, many of the participants expressed their gratitude to the Lord for what He did in their lives. Many said they have never experienced anything like this and welcomed our return. We are so grateful for God’s presence during our time in Mexico. Andy received in invitation by one of the pastors to preach after the Seminar. Many people came forward and received prayer.

May the Lord bless you abundantly!

Thanks,

The facts are only sometimes representative of reality, and there’s more to the story than we see. It’s powerful when we tune in to that compass bearing, look to God to help us create a complete picture of reality, and not just say, “Truth is whatever my sense is, but Lord, tell me the facts and the greater vantage point.”

Navigating the Pain of Change and Disappointment

That was the order we were given within minutes of discovering our residencies had been denied renewal. The city hall official was not hostile or aggressive, simply delivering orders. I responded that we would “absolutely not be leaving in thirty days.” She mentioned they would send a police officer to our door if we did not comply. I told her she could send the king; I still would not leave after thirty days. That was impossible!
